We offer individual therapy, couple therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.


Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes long, but your provider may adjust the duration based on your needs and circumstances.  Couples and group sessions are 55 minutes.


Chelsea Psychology is an out-of-network provider, but we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
